Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Refund Policy

At Atlasproxies, we strive to provide high-quality mobile proxy services. However, due to the nature of digital goods and services, we offer refunds only under specific conditions to prevent abuse.

2. Eligible Refund Circumstances

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The service was completely non-functional for a continuous period of 24 hours immediately after purchase.
  • You are unable to connect to the proxy due to verified technical issues on our end that we cannot resolve within 24 hours of your report.
  • You have not used more than 100MB of data on the purchased proxy.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

We generally do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind or finding a cheaper alternative.
  • Inability to use the proxy for specific targets due to third-party blocks (e.g., a specific site blocks the IP).
  • Slow connection speeds that are within normal mobile network variance.
  • Suspension of account due to violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service at any time.

  • One-time purchases: These expire automatically at the end of the purchased duration. No cancellation action is needed.
  • Auto-renewal: If you have enabled auto-renew, you must disable it from your dashboard at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@atlasproxies.com with your transaction ID and a detailed description of the issue. We will review your request within 2 business days.

6. Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues. Filing a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider without first contacting support may result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account and banning from future services.
